*When ease of access is provided. Our drivers have authority to leave in a safe location - including but not limited to foyers, reception, concierge, mail rooms, and outside your door. We anticipate that all attempts will be made to notify you of your delivery, however can not guarantee a phone call on arrive or to confirm access as this is not a service our partners provide. 

Need your favourite doughnuts but no time to get to a store? Krispy Kreme Online has a convenient home delivery service!

You can place an order for your favourite flavour, or doughnut packs, and get delivery straight to you home or office.

Placing your Order:

At Check out, we will ask you for your email address (a confirmation email will be sent here), and your postcode. Once your location has been confirmed by postcode, you will be presented with the option of Click 'n' Collect (more information here), or delivery if your postcode is within our delivery service range

By selelecting Delivery, a pop-up will appear with fields that need to be entered by you to complete the address validation process. Please note that if the postcode in your address does not match the one originally entered - your delivery may not proceed. 

An autofill program called Harmony will show you your address in a list - please select the correct address (double check any unit, or suite numbers)

You will then be invited to select your delivery date - the earliest available (if placing your order before 5pm) will be the next business day (or saturdays to eligible postcodes)

A note on your chosen collection date:

Krispy Kreme Online Orders are pre-produced, pre-packed and collected by a driver in the morning of the date that you have selected. As your items are made-to-order, this means that we can not reschedule or refund an order without 2 business days notice for any changes or cancellations. 

Once you have selected your delivery date, you will be provided with a delivery service (or services if you are in a multi carrier location). More information about our services and partners after the image.

Regular Delivery between 8am and 7pm - Service provided by Aramex/Fastway Couriers with basic tracking information.

Aramex Couriers will email tracking information and links drirectly to your nominated email address.

Service available to selected Postcodes Only, Monday - Friday

Standard Delivery between 8am and 5pm - Service provided by Fleety with live tracking information.

Fleety will Text tracking updates and links directly to your nominated Mobile number.

Service available to selected Postcodes Only, Monday to Friday

Fast Delivery before 2pm - service provided by Direct Couiers with live tracking information.

Direct Couriers will text tracking updates and links directly to your nominated Mobile number.

Service available to selected Postcodes Only, Monday to Friday

Saturday Delivery between 8am and 5pm - Service provided by Fleety with live tracking information.

Fleety will Text tracking updates and links directly to your nominated Mobile number.

Service available to selected Postcodes Only (Currently NSW only), Saturday Only. Please note that premiums apply for saturday delivery services

Finalising your Delivery order:

Once you have selected your date and delivery service - you can include delivery instructions (while all attempts will be made, these can not be guaranteed) - you will be invited to make payment using Credit Card, or PayPal. As soon as you submit your order - you will see a success page and receive your confirmation email shortly after (be sure to check spam, or any 'Other' folder your inbox may contain.)

Delivery Day:

Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, you will receive tracking information via email or text directly from the service provider.
